If you're going to upgrade to the Lux anyway, I would suggest you consider the eGo instead. The Lux is a 902, not sure what else it is compatible with . The eGo is a 510, and is compatible with anything else 510 (which is a lot ;) ). Other than the threads, the Lux batt looks to have the same features as an eGo. Proprietary is bad when you're looking for options, compatible is good.

I understand what you're saying, but I love Modern Vapor's customer service, they're only 30 miles from my house (shipping is lightning fast), the LUX battery is rated at 900mah, while (I believe) the Ego battery is rated at 650, plus the LUX is so dang pretty! :D

Well, to each their own. From my (limited) experience, one cartomizer lasts a lot longer than one atomizer (or about the same amount of time), and I can get 5 cartomizers for the same price as one atty. That's just how it works out for me at least. Plus the idea of cutting foam, filling carts, etc. sounds unpleasant to me. Thanks for the link though!

Yep, to each his/her own. I bought pre-cut foam and cartos have to be refilled too, but whatever you're happy with is great. Enjoy your vaping!

Fwiw I chain smoked so I chain vape, if you're in the habit all you'll do by increasing the nic level is give yourself the spins and actually start liking the higher nic level eventually -- just my opinion......:)

Haha, I've had the spins from chain-vaping 24mg before, it was unpleasant enough to make me put the PV down. I'll definitely keep your opinion into consideration though because you might be right. I still wanna give it a shot though.

I'm looking to try out these cartos actually:Boge 510 Cartomizers for 510 or eGo They're definitely 510. Would you know if they're compatible with the Sidesho?

Yes, I know the Boge are 510, they also come in 808. I can't be sure, but I am fairly certain that the Sidesho is NOT a 510 OR an 808. Considering the Lux is an 902, that is a good indicator that the Sidesho is something equally as non-compatible. You should probably just stick with what you have since you are happy with it.

The Sidesho seems to be compatible, according to this thread: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/modernvapor/140527-fundamental-drip-tip-confusion.html on the fourth post down, but I'm just looking for some kind of confirmation from someone who knows for sure...

As far as sticking with what I have, I definitely need an upgrade. The LUX just seems to have more perks for me than the Ego, though I'm not knocking the Ego at all.

Actually, the main reason I chain-vape is because I love vaping so dang much. I don't miss analogs at all; the thought of smoking again nauseates me. But I figured that if I up the nicotine, I'll be forced to take it easy. So I guess that's my plan for now. And, psychologically, try to force myself to put the PV down sometimes :sigh:

Me too. I started at 24mg and can't take it anymore, down to about 11 now after only about 3 months. My husband says it's my pacifier ;-P LOL! I also like to have the taste of something in my mouth all the time now, usually either sweet or fruity. I tend to chain-vape at the computer or watching TV, but I think that's due more to my psychological need to get my oral fix.

Going for a higher nic strength may help ya out. I've been smoke free for 3 months, and nicotine free for about 3 weeks. My vaping time per day completely depended on what i was doing at the time/day. Some days i just vape all day, even with my no nic juice, and it was the same when i was on nicotine. I just love vaping. Some days way more than others, some days I'll only have a puff or two. It really depends on what craving you're trying to fulfill by vaping more; is it that nicotine addiction you're vaping for, or the habit of taking that puff, inhaling and exhaling.
