I take a break when I feel content with nic. If I feel the urge for an analog I chain vape. It always works. Other that that I just take 2 or 3 vapes from the vamo every 15 or 20 minutes, sometimes longer.
I tend to really like the sharper throat hit that a clearo provides but sometimes the flavor just isn't fully there. I do tend to chain-vape whenever I get the chance, but I have no trouble putting it down. I've been sticking to 12mg. I tried 6mg and couldn't get into the light throathit that most juices provide at that level. Also I do get the cravings faster.
In early June I decided that it would be a good idea to drop to 6 mg. Figured if I could use 18 mg or 11mg nic, and set my e-cig down for hours, then 6 mg shouldn't be a prob. Nope it has been non stop chain vaporizing. How long where you vaping before you hit 6mg Kiwi?
Several months Rose. I know I stayed on 12 mg for a long time after I went down to that. I think I went to 6 mg at about the 9-10 month mark - its a bit hard to remember. I initially had both 12 mg and 6 mg and used both. Then I only ordered 6mg and kept a bit of 12 mg as a back up. But I didn't need it once I was into 6 mg. I'm at 0mg now.
No matter what mg I've tended to vape a lot - even on 0mg I chain vape at times. So I think its not about the nic for me and probably hasn't been for some months, but the vapor and inhalation are what I like.
Makes me think about the huge psychological effect smoking must have had for me.
I vape almost all day. I take 1 or 2 tokes then set it down for a couple of minutes then 1 or 2 more. unless I am working on some thing then I can go a little while. If i get those feelings I do slow down till they go away. I use 18mg nic juice
For me it's a whole different ballgame. I can vape at my desk at work so I take a few vapes, put it down for 10 minutes, take a few more, another 10...etc. It's nice not having to set aside a 15 minute chunk of time for it.
