signed....as a new yorker I am scared out of my mind. Especially about the possible ban of internet sales. There is only one vape shop in NYC and they are very expensive and of low quality. If these bans go through I might wind up smelling like an ash tray again.

If they ban in NYC go underground and keep vaping! We are in the first round! many more. This is unconstitutional, I am pretty sure eventually it will be considered a constitutional right to vape anywhere using any flavor!!! Dreaming big perhaps, but doing the foot work and sensing the unity of the world of vapers all ready to pounce at the appropriate hour!
