Everyone else experienced going to your local vape store, try some new juices and like them a lot . You buy a few bottles and once you get home and fill a tank or two and vape them for a short while... they are not something you can vape for long or don't like them at all anymore:facepalm:. Is it that most trial flavors are at 6 mg nicotine or even at 0 mg and what I used to buy was 18mg, now 12 mg? I also hate when I open a new bottle and the smell of nicotine is overwhelming :(. None of my juices are tobacco flavored. Any opinions?

Possibly the e-liquid in the store is has already steeped. It could be the difference in nicotine content.

A liquid that's zero nicotine is going to be almost all flavoring because there's no nicotine, and nicotine has some taste.

Let it steep for awhile. Next time, see if you can order extra flavoring in your e-liquid.
