Those who have the 3 different lengths, do you notice a difference in their draw? I've got almost all shorties, but 2 x chrome XLs that came as a replacement for some faulty shorties. To me, there is less vapour and the draw is less immediate somehow. Maybe cos I've always had shorties I just prefer them, maybe others who start on the XLs feel the opposite. Just wondering if this is normal?

I agree on the shorty batteries but I have the original green stealth and I almost collapse a lung trying to get it to draw some days :( It doesn't seem to translate into charge because it can be stubborn that way right after charging :p Now, just to prove I am truly insane, it remains my favorite batt WHEN it's cooperating :) I just wish they still have some of their original V4L logo batteries :) I thought the royal blue one was beautiful :)

Are you using manuals or autos Ms. Katz? From my experience with regular autos the draw is best on the shorties, good on the regular, and the xl has the hardest draw of the three. With manuals I haven't noticed any draw difference from one size to the next.

Ah, all autos at this point, so perhaps that does make a difference. Thanks M'Dir. I have a shorty manual coming in my next batch, and some more diamond shorties. I've avoided the regular & XLs because of the draw issue.

The manuals due to them being sealed and no air had to travel down the tube to activate the switch really don't differ batt to batt in all my tests so far Ms. Katz. The length of how long they hold over 3.7v is the major difference (though have not tested the shorty manual to see what voltage they hold). In autos the length plays into how long they are. Though the new kd's really negate that difference. :)

Btw- Tiger snakes have entered into my top ten pets I wish to own. :)
