Charger dead?

I have a charger that says each of 3 batteries are charged, however they are dead. Is the charger shot?

try cleaning the post with a q-tip and rubbing alcohol and pry it up a but with a paper clip.

what color is the light on the charger? if its red, just let the batts charge. i have noticed that as long as the charger light is red, youre charging. regardless of if the tip to the batt is glowing or not, a red light does indicate charge.

now, if the charger light is blue, then i dont know what the problem is. its possible that the batts might be expired or damaged. or its possible that the charger pooped out. or maybe your adapter isnt working (if your using an adapter).
