The TR001 will not safely charge 3v batteries.

Part of the confusion is that a non-rechargeable CR123a Li-Ion 3v battery has the same dimensions as a rechargeable 16340 3.7 v battery - that is, it is 16mm long, 34 mm in circumference, and circular, so a battery that size may be called a 16340, a CR123 or RCR123.

To add to the complications - the 3.0v batteries sold on the Nhaler site are CR123A LifePO4 batteries, not Li-ION batteries, and must be charged on a charger specifically made for them. Neither of the DX chargers shown above will charge them safely.

The XHaler will work with either the 3v Li-Ion batteries or the 3v LifePO4 batteries.

Some people are also using 2 3.7v batteries and a high-voltage atomizer on the Xhaler, but I don't know what position Drew of Nhaler.com, the supplier of the Xhaler, is taking on this.
