Charger Help!!!

Yet another question from you wise and patient forum members! So I finally got my Vision Spinner! Yay! I went to put it in my charger and for some reason it won't screw in. I was under the impression that Vision Spinners work with all ego chargers..... am I wrong on that? I looked at the spinner and it looks like maybe the side is bent near the threading. I could be wrong though. Did I get a defective spinner or does the spinner not actually charge with an ego charger? Thanks in advance!

Sounds like you got a defective unit. The Spinner should be able to use any eGo charger.

Yes, Spinners charge with eGo chargers. If the 510 thread surface, the small threads, is bent just a bit it will not screw on. If you have a topper with 510 threads it should also not screw on the battery. If the 510 topper screws on, try it on the charger. There is a chance the charger threads are damaged, but my bet is on the Spinner.

I can put a clearomizer on it but can't put the battery on the charger. It's the weirdest thing! All my other egos go on the charger.

Clearos typically use the eGo threads, the big ones on the outside of the battery connector area. The eGo charger screws onto the small 510 threads on the inside of the battery connector. These are the ones I think are damaged.

I suppose you have removed the vanity ring?

any ego charger works on all of my spinners. If it looks a little bent or has a flat spot in it just return it.

yeah I am pretty sure it is bent on the inside near the threading. Thank you all for your help! I am going to take it back and get a new one
