Charger Issue!

I know I can't be the only one with this problem...

ok so I have a kangertech evod. I enjoy it very much but recently
my charger has been having issues...

When I put the battery on the charger it has a red light which is good and indicates it's charging. But randomly
the light will change to green within a few minutes, and the charger is not done charging as it would have just recently died and is working very weak. I'm positive the battery isn't charged. I've been having this problem for a few days.

Have you cleaned all of the contacts?

Do you have more than one battery and one charger?

What do you mean by contacts?

Also, no is the answer to both of those questions.

I had a similar issue with a bad USB port on the laptop .

how long have you had the battery? should last 6 months or so...

Contacts refers to the parts that screw together. Threads, well, post, ect. Over time those get gunked up and need wiped out. Rubbing alcohol and a bit of vapor towel.
