Trustfire Charger, battery or SVD not working

I just recently bought an SVD with a Trustfire charger and a battery. On the charger, the light was red for literally a few mins after putting the battery on, but then turned to green. The SVD light is yellow for a few puffs then turns to red and subsequently dies in minutes. I have even tried leaving the battery on the charger for 10 hours. The light was green on the charger practically the entire time the battery was charging and my SVD still dies within minutes. I have never had a green light on my SVD, which means it has not registered a full charge from the battery. I thought I would ask on here first before contacting the local B&M shop I bought it from. I had an issue with a brand new Protank I bought from them and I do not want want to be "that guy" that is always complaining about brand new stuff. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Usually, anything battery related with "fire" in the name is going to be a gamble. I'd be willing to bet your SVD is fine, a name brand battery and charger will most likely solve your problem. I recommend a nitecore charger, and any name brand battery with an appropriate amp rating. LG, Samsung, Sony, eFest, MNKE, or AW all have great history providing quality batteries.
