Charger questions

Hello,
I received my trust fire 4 channel charger a few days ago, it's so nice to be able to charge 4 batteries at once , how ever I am noticing something with it and I don't know if I should be concerned or not. First of all I never leave my batteries to charge unattended, I always keep them in the same place where I can watch for the light to turn green. I am noticing that my aw 14500 batteries are coming off a lil bit over, like 4.24 4.25 or so. I don't know if I should be worried about that or if there is anything I can do or not? What I do when I charge them is I have the charger unplugged I put the batteries in then I plug in the charger, I also unplug before I take them off. I have seen posts saying this is good and that it doesn't matter.
Then I just read that when u take them off the charger u are supposed to let them rest for 15 min or so before u put them in a mod? Ever heard that?

Basically I am just trying to do the best I can to be safe, any suggestions are appreciated

I have always used the batteries immediately after charge. I guess it wouldn't hurt to "let them rest" for a period of time after a full charge, however I don't know if that is of any benefit. I personally have never heard of the such.

What about overcharging? How much is too much and can u do anything about it?

The chargers will go from red to green to indicate the battery is charged. Once the light goes green, charging stops. The batteries will not overcharge due to the built in protection on the chargers once they go green.
