Whenever I charge my e cig and take it out before fully charged, if I try to charge it again right after, it doesn't. Is it just that you can't charge if it's half charged?

You should be able to charge at any time.....try to unplug the charger before placing the ecig back on and plug the charger back in...let us know.
I'm using an EonSmoke e cig. It's a piece a crap but I'm new to vaping and got it from a deli for 11 bucks. I'm soon getting the KR808 starter kit. Either that or the 510.

Thank you for replying but I think what I said originally is the problem. If it's half charged or more and I unplug it, it doesn't charge anymore until I use it a little.
My eGo and Riva batteries will charge from any point. The charger checks voltage to determine when to charge and when the charge is through. If you use it right off the charger briefly and then put it back on, the voltage may still be within the range that is considered charged. Try using it for a half hour of vaping and then put it back on. You have to discharge it enough to drop the voltage.
