Do the batteries have to be dead before you charge them? Or can they be "topped off" throughout the cousre of the day? I know some cell phone batts if TOPPED OFF will actually kill the battery. Not even sure if this is still the case or old technology and I have been upgraded? haha I am "ASSUMING" they can be topped off but just wanted to make sure!

Thanks AGAIN

Actually most if not all ecig batteries are safe to use until they cutoff as most if not all cutoff at 2.x volts (unprotected mod batteries may be different) this protects the batteries from undercharging - if a battery had no cutoff it would go too flat and lead to the battery not charging again - that's the idea of the cutoff . But madjack is correct few hours use and sure top it off - as others have stated previousely you shouldnt leave them on charge after the light goes green for too long as some battery chargers (not all) don't fully cutoff and continue to trickle charge the battery which is also not good for it - as i can't speak for every charger some you don't need to do this on some you do so i take mine off once they are solid green :)
