Alright so when I used to smoke I not only smoked menthol camels and djarum black vanilla clove cigarettes. I have looked and have come pretty short on answers to a diy clove blend that would give me a similar flavor and smell. I loved these things. I would love if anyone has any tips, diys or just anything at all that might lead me to the key of replicating djarum black vanilla.

I have heard a lot of poor things about clove flavor concentrates. I wonder if an NET would work? Thanks guys hope to hear from someone soon!!

Flavorah Clove Concentrate perhaps...

mourningshadow over @ reddit said "FLV's clove is fantastic. I didn't know how strong it was when I made my first mix with it and went with 1% which was way too much. 0.5% gives you a pretty nice strong clove flavoring. I personally use it around 0.3% in some of my tobacco recipes and it is very nice after about a week of steeping."

Or TFA Clove... :D

VapeQueen214 on the same thread said "TFA clove 2% and TFA Dk tobacco at 3% makes a good Djarum flavor, its been a long time since I've smoked one but it definitely seems pretty close from what I remember. I always add 1% EM because it helps smooth the clove out and give it a slight sweetness."

Good luck!

I would recommend going to this thread (posted below) and use the search bar at top right hand of the page and put in clove. There was a bunch of discussion on clove style tobacco blends which could be useful. Also, ask the question in the thread; might get someone who likes clove blends to answer. The only two clove DIY flavors I have tried were Black Label and Bold from Hangsen (HS). I did not know they had clove in them when I purchased them and was disappointed as I do not like clove. However, the clove in Black Label was more up front while in Bold, it was more of a background note. I believe the Black label is supposed to be close to Dijarum.

@VintageModMan the Liquid Barn Tobacco flavoring is a blend of Clove with a hint of Berries. It was the first Tobacco I used for my DIY and it is one of my ADV flavors, Here is the exact description the y have on the site.

Flavor Description: A southern blend of Old World Tobacco infused with the pleasant, nutty aroma of clove and the lingering hint of ripe berries.

I'll have to check it out it may kinda be reminiscent of the cherry clove djarum's I used those every once and awhile also. I don't miss the smoke but I love clove, bergamot Ect. Darker spices so to speak.
