cheap bottle shaker for steeping?

Ec blends offers a bkttle shaker for steeping their liquids. I would love to have one so I dont have to tire my arm out when im stocked up on 15-20 of the small 5ml bottles. However their proprietary model is $50. Thats a little too steep for me especially since it looks like one they just bought from another company and slapped their logo onto it with an increased price. I know most bottle shakers are used by artists for painting but then they tend ro be outfitted for much larger bottles. Has anyone come across any that would work for the small sample bottles most eliwuid providers use?

Hate to say this but your hand? I know that is what you use now. Do you have to shake it that much and that often?

Unless you were doing a LOT of DIY liquid a shaker seems like serious overkill.

I shake mine by hand once a day or so while steeping, and then again before every fill and haven't had any problems.

You could try one of the ultrasonic jewelry cleaners. Other people on the boards have had good success with them (but I haven't tried it myself).....

Or alternatively try the milk frother technique (which I have used and it works well - though you have to empty the juice into a tumbler to do it)........

In the reloading, guns, world they have vibrators to clean brass. They are plastic tub that you fill with brass and ground up corn cobs. I think you can get one of those and stick your stuff in them and it will vibrate. You would have to use plastic bottles or find some way to secure the glass ones.

You could get a car polisher, $13 at harbor freight, set it upside down and tape your bottles to it.

Got a washing machine... strap a box on top, put your bottles in the box and put in 1 wet towel and hit the spin cycle...

Or if you're real brave... tighten your tops good. Put them in a zip lock bag and throw then in the washer with the towel.

Gives me horrible flashbacks to my 'bright idea' to put boiled cotton balls tied up in a t-shirt in the dryer
