So As well as recently trying higher voltage vaping and not getting that tickly bronchitis from it, my co-worker who suggested higher voltage vaping said cheap juices have more crud in them than the more expensive ones.

I buy £4 ones from a Brick and mortar shop in the UK and he only orders more expensive ones from the USA over the web.

He said that VG is better on the lungs and also best to avoid the £4 for 10ml juices the locl shops sell.

My current RY4, 10ml for £4 is delicious in flavour but is irritating my bornchials somewhat chronic. It is 6mg nic, so quite low there and has on the label PG, VG and Nic.

Also says ' may contain traces of nuts' and made in China.

which makes me wonder WTF else is in there if it 'may contain traces of nuts?'

I have come across some eliquids that bother me similar to you. I diy and hardly ever have an issue unless I do a direct lung hit (which I do not normally do at all) and especially if I do it with an rda. I like to use tanks the most :) Most vendor eliquids bother me after vaping them for a while, and there are certain flavorings that bother me as well. I make my own eliquids at 40PG/ 60VG 3mg nicotine. I almost always vape my diy hazelnut. A while back I switched my Capella hazelnut flavoring to the Capella Hazelnut Version 2, and it has not irritated me at all. I never had an issue until I got a chest wall injury back in February....and I absolutely hate that I have some sensitivity to some things.
You could have a sensitivity to PG. Lowering the amount of PG in your eliquids could help alot. There are also people who have a sensitivity to VG as well. How long have you been vaping? I ask this because when I first switched to vaping completely stopping smoking, getting that crap from cigarettes out of my lungs sucked.

It must be the cheap liquids I'm using. I can sit in a steam room or sauna for up to 30 minutes with no problems, so it's not as though a bit of vapor alone would cause this.

I used to use JANTY liquids and they were fine. But I've recently been using really cheap ones.

I recently tried a more expensive liquid with zero nicotine on a co-worker's kangertech subox and I must admit I found it smoother and less irritating than my cheap juice and my Janty ego-c set up. Co-worker said actually MORE VG is better on the lungs than PG... Seems to be some disagreement between people regarding this.

My current RY4 which is VG/PG and only 6mg nicotine on my ego-c gives me flu like symptoms, a watery feel in my lungs and bronchitis.

It says also 'may contain traces of nuts' on the label and is made in China. Smoking cigarettes feels better than vaping this.

I'll try some more expensive juices on the ego-c and get a new atty / clearo and see how that goes. That not work I might try a kangertech VV PV as my co-worker's when I tried it was just smooth and did not feel it in bronchial regions, but did feel a bit heavy deeper down in the lungs though.
