What do you think of this little thing? could it pass as a portable USB PT?

Looks like a nice unit. I am trying to find something similar to this where you can replace the batteries but that will allow me to vape at 3.7volts with a PS passthrough. The PS pass won't allow me to replace the switch for 3.7, so I need a power pack that outputs that voltage.
