Lowest I would go is CE5
Replaceable heads
Fully disassembles for cleaning
Easy to work on if needed to correct issues
Best performance for a fixed voltage battery is 2.0ohms

And they Leak, leak and leak some more.
As a general rule the vape quality in CE5's just isnt there. Sure there cheap,,,,, because they stink.sometimes you can get a CE5 coil to just rock with vape, other times not so good, other times poor. There is just not much consistency from coil to coil.
Rebuildable CE5's is a bit of a paradox, sure you can rebuild them until the clearo tank collapses, or the rubber grommet is fried, which doesnt take long.

If people want to go to clearomizers bottom coil is the way to go. I dont like viva nova's either for the same reason. Bottom coils always did vape better and more uniform for me.

<<<< thats just the way i see it.

Ended up picking up a Kanger Pro 2 Mini. I love it so far - clean taste and it was dirt cheap from the store - $8.99. Works great with my ego battery.

There's the information I was looking for!

This was my first tank back when I started vaping (with an eGo battery)

That first tank is now over three years old, and I'm still using it.
I use these cartomizers in it

    How do you figure "cheap"?

These cost me 75c each, and last about a month.

Sure I have to punch them to use them in a tank, but I can handle that.
