Your mom said not to say...
For those of you on the fence about giving these a try you can get a feel for what to expect for around $10 go check out these:

I have this one on order just to see it, I don't know what model this compares to but it has a nice charging case that I bet is compatible with some model
DealExtreme: $10.00 Quit Smoking USB Rechargeable Electronic Cigarette with 6-Refills

This one I have used before when my Dragon m401 atomizer took a dump on me I was able to borrow one of these units until my new atomizer arrived. It worked fine and the atomizer is compatible with the m401, the carts are slightly different but workable. A good spare for the price or good gift to someone on the fence about e-cigs.
DealExtreme: $9.31 Electronic Cigarettes with Charger and 6-Refills Set (110V~220V AC)

Probably the best deal of the bunch and at that price what have you got to lose? I might just get this instead of the first one that I listed, maybe both at these ridiculous prices. In fact after looking at it again I am getting this kit it has a car charger in it too, that alone is worth the cost of the kit!
DealExtreme: $12.50 Electronic Cigarettes with Chargers and 10-Refills Set (110V~240V AC)

Of course they have other supplies like the carts for them and everything. Not a bad way to find out if E-Cigs are something that you want to explore further, a complete kit for under $15 is hard to beat.

Snarkyone... after seeing a different post on this same product I decided to buy one. Since the battery is compatible with the 401/EVO, I figured why not? Im really hoping that the charger works with my EVO. If so then this is definately worth the $10.

All I really care about is the charger/case. I will post when I get it to let people know if it works with the 401.

I ordered one of the 12.50 kits with the same mindset. The car charger alone would be worth it and will work with my current 50 dollar piece of junk. Had I seen these before I may have passed on my 50 dollar one and tried one of these first.
The other thing is the atomizer and battery look identical to the one I bought and my atomizer is more than 12.50 so if that works with mine it will make a good backup.
When all is said and done Im probably just gonna bite the bullet and buy the 510's at cignot.com for 40 bucks shipped.
Included in this kit is 2 complete Joye 510 cigarettes (2 atomizers and 2 batteries), 5 prefilled carts, 1 AC charger. All that is missing is the big white outer box!
Cartridges may be whistle tip or round. If you have a preference, please specify in comments.

Now my personal thoughts on this.
DONT buy one of these cheap kits or any other cheap kit to try it out.
If you think you would rather vape than smoke analogs go for a decent one.
You will most likely get a better experience and the same experience you read about everyone else on the forum having.
I am only a few days into this and I have one 50 dollar cheapy and ordered the 12.50 cheapy and I wish I had just found this deal on the 510's and ordered it rather than wasting my 62.50 and still shelling out the 40 bucks and having two decent ones with a manual battery.
I would also advise you to order juice at the same time so you can top of those dry cartridges that ship with the pv and get the full experience. Even if you only order a sampler bottle.
Youve been without a PV this long.. it wont hurt to wait a few more days to get something that you may enjoy more than cigarettes instead of something that may or may not give you enough of a good experience to keep spending more money to test it out (like me)
Anyway theres my thoughts.. take em for whatever you think theyre worth.

I ordered 3 of the cheapest ones to pass out as freebies to my smoking relatives. I got all three in a reasonable amount of time, 2 worked (I figured that would be the case). I did not bother asking for a refund, replacement. I handed them to my sister, who tried my Janty stick and immediately ordered 2 of those, rather than the cheapy. I have no idea of the ultimate fate of those two, hopefully she'll pass them on to my other sisters.

It is a good deal though for certain situations. As mentioned, a bar owner might actually stock and sell some of these, but there is no way, he is going to sell $50 kits to someone who just doesn't feel like going outside to smoke. The same is true of people who are curious but not ready to invest in e cigs. I think it's a very good option for those new to vaping.

I've ordered from them for other things before and been happy. Mostly parts for my NDS, which my kids first broke the screen, then the casing. I was pretty pleased with them for that. That being said, it might be good for some I know who are a little apprehensive. Though reports of DOA kinda has me worried. I suppose it depends on what wholesaler/manufacturer they're getting them from.
