So I felt like a real jerk when I txted Cheryl from Cherry vape asking where my cannon tip was 5 days after ordering. They are located in Conneticut and lost power for several days with the hurricane. I got the drip tip today and it is amazing. They have a 2 lr 306 and a cannon tip package for the same price as you will find for the cheap drip tips. If you have a 306 you have to get a cannon tip and if you ordered from Cherry vape the last couple days please be patient with them. Took me 8 days from order date to it being at my door, but without the hurricane problem I am 100% sure it would have been a lot faster. Hope you all stay safe and take care.

Yeah, their customer service is definitely good. I ordered one of those drip tip with two attys combo deals several months ago, but when it came the attys weren't in the package. I emailed Cheryl about it, asking if they'd shipped separately for some reason, and got a prompt and very apologetic email followed by a shipping notice for the attys. They even had a hand-written note with them when they arrived apologizing again and thanking me for my patience

If they carried more products that I buy regularly, I'd definitely order from them a lot more. They're great to deal with and quick to sort out any problems :2cool:
