I'm having trouble with my Chibi XL carto tank. The cartomizer floods, stays flooded, and refloods after flushing. I'm desperate for solutions, please help.

Sounds like a cartomizer issue. What's the percentage of your mix? How many holes do you have in the carto? What carto are you using?
