Filling a Chibi Tank Mod.

I got mine filled up but I think I may have flooded it out, does one want to fill the tank completely? Or leave a gap at the top? LR Chibi Tank Mod (smoktech 1.7ohm)

I was getting a bit of a gurgle so I sucked a bit of juice back out via the same syringe method as before.

Thoughts?

Try sliding a safety pin between the grommet and tank to allow the air pressure to equalize. The leaking can be caused because after you fill there is higher pressure inside the tank than outside. Leading to leaking out the bottom till it equalizes.

Backing out some juice seems to have done it, boy oh boy this is some nice yummy vaping! How long do these Chibi's last? I mean eventually the cartomizer inside has to give up.

My only complaint, is the thing looks *HINKY* sitting on-top of my e-power. Most of the time people would see my e-power in my pocket and think pen, but now with the tank....I'll just have to be more discrete.

Along those lines some color options on these would be nice.

Rob i dont use the chibi but its cousin the acorn from same website. With that being said when the cart craps out just have some spares and install into that tank.
The chibi tank itself i would think would last a good while perhaps after a while that tanks gasket will wear as in any other gasket.

Any tricks for getting the gaskets out?

p.s. I looked at the acorn, how do those work for you? I noticed they don't have an LR version. I've tried tank systems with similar wicks and it was ALWAYS hit or miss mostly miss, mostly burned taste.

I just got my chibi and man, I must have burn the cart inside..It dosn't taste good, kind of a burn taste. PIA filling it up too. I think I shoulld have got the Acorn tank..looks like it is much easier to fill up. Oh well.

That's the way I did it. try to anyway... I just had a hard time sticking that needle inbetween the rubber and the tube. I kept sticking the needle into the rubber..lol and it was getting messy with liquid. The needle I have is probably too thick I guess.

The cart is burned, I messed up and pressed the ego button by mistake without any liquid when trying to get the liquid inside...I forgot to turn off the battery and screwed it up...that's why i taste and smell the burn material.

Oh well, I need to get another cart and try again.
