I wish I knew. But the fact that no Chinese manufacturer other than Kebo has put out one of these with the proper air flow+adjustment specs is exactly why I no longer look to purchase KFL clones -- and of course why I've never purchased a non-Kebo R91.

I am joining you buddy... I wish I just bought another Russian 91 now instead of all my kfl clones

I've owned a few 91 clones..I got one off chinabuye last year for like $40... I haven't seen them since tobeco released their lite+.

Were they actually legit Russian 91 clones with the same buttery smooth airflow

Yes..but I'm not guaranteeing that if you pick up one off a table that it will function the same as the rest..tobeco ...... me off with this one, but pushed me over the edge with the first aqua clones and hammer clone I rushed into getting.

http://www.chinabuye.com/kayfun-lit...rflow-changeable-heating-coil-vacuum-atomizer

Crazy..I paid $42 for that exact atomizer around October. Didn't come with a mtank, and I had to file out the wick wells when I moved on to mechanicals+deciohm loads..wick wells were practically non-existing, but some how it was enough clearance for using it at 8-11watts.

Edit- have you tried the fogger v4? I'm not a tank fan, but I do have to tip my hat to the fogger v4.2.. cheap+authentic and it was planned and executed well..considering they're like $30.. flavor is a little washed out when comparing to a kayfun, but I'm glad I have one, collecting dust;)..

I'm not quite getting what you're asking "legit Russian 91%s" (i.e. kayfun lite clones. For $40, doubtful) or "'legit' clones Russian 91%" (whatever that means)?

A sister Russian is up next on my list. And then I can finally retire (give away) my last remaining KFL clone which is a heavily modded and still only passably performing Tobeco used only as my don't-know-if-I-like-this-one flavor carrier. Otherwise, the Aqua is the only modestly priced clone tank that's ever stayed with me near as long as the Kebo R91. I tend to use the Aqua for any particularly pungent or acrid juices that need the Aqua's increased heat capacity and wide open air draw to take some of their sting off. Plus, I hate the Foggers. And I have 4 of them.

Attempt to clear the air:

The Russian (full sized, not R91) is a well made Chinese clone of the full sized Kayfun (v2.1 ES) with the media-blasted finish
The Russian 91% is a shortened version of the Russian without the bottom catch-cup and without the fill valve. However, the R91 still retains the offset airflow and the side-mounted air adjustment of its big brother which is awesome. The R91 also uses a shortened version of the compound (read: adjustable) centerpin, like its big brother, while the KFL, KFL+, etc.... all have a straight-shot air hole and, if present at all, a bottom mounted air adjustment screw, and unless it's on the v2 and I've missed it, the Kayfun Lites don't have an adjustable centerpin/510 connection.

So the "authentic" R91, by which I mean the one produced by Kebo, is quite a different bird altogether. And in my opinion it is actually better than what some consider it to be cloned after, and it is at this point certainly better -- for reasons spelled out well above -- than those that are clones of it.

It means this.

The KFL+ authentic has tons of clones that work exactly like it same airflow etc... $100 for authentic vs $30 for the clones.

The Russian 91% authentic is $100 has amazing airflow with a better design then the KFL + IMO mostly because of the airflow but there is no $30 clones that match the airflow of the Russian 91%... at least not that I know of and that's why I was asking why they don't exist and if they do where are they

I just got the fogger v 4 with the bigger deck yesterday and I am having a horrible time with it first off after I got my build in I couldn't fill it from the fill screw it spit the liquid right back at me as if it had no room to go inside the tank.... second I tried to use less wick to the part before the channel drops down and I am getting dry and burnt hits... I think my juice wells are wrong and not as deep as the ones I saw in some videos.... maybe I can take pictures and someone can confirm.

Are you stuffing your wick channels with wick with the fogger?

Yeah I was but now I just pulled the cotton above the chimney then cut at the top of the chimney then pushed then down on the deck floor... seems to be much better this way but my flavor is still not that good... not as good as Kayfun. maybe my coils need to be lowered

Kebo doesn't manufacture the Russians. Kebo doesn't make anything, they are only a distributor.

Are you people really arguing over the quality and precision of manufacturing of a clone?

W.T.F. IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE!

Russian 91 cost $100 for a reason the quality is better then authentic KFL.

To above poster asking about the difference in airy draw it's pretty significant Russian 91 is a buttery smooth open draw gotta suck the KFLs of every variation like they are gonna pay you.

The original argument is in regards to a clone of the Russian, not the Russian it's self.

i don't see what point you are trying to make.

Complaining about cheap clones, is like complaining that a ...... gave you gonorrhea... what did you expect?
