This is interesting to see! Were those workers filling cartos?
The last time I was fiddling around in my kitchen refilling cartos a few drops at a time, I started wondering how they do the pre-filled ones. Since the filler can only absorb juice so fast, how do they do it at the factory? Do they add a few drops, wait, then add more like I do? Do they have some pressurized system to get the juice absorbed faster?
Enquiring minds want to know.

Hey Bev! This is a an old thread. Those pics were taken quite some time ago. These days the carts are filled by machine. It is a syringe fill basically....but highly automated.
In the pics above it was being done by hand , but still with a syringe. If you are into filling your own, I would highly recommend checking out the syringe method of filling. It gives the best results hands down!
