So I just bought my 510 Titan and decided to get one bottle of eliquid. I chose Chocolate in the 36MG strength not knowing. Well it is way way to strong for me and everyone that tried it. So after watching some videos I see people cutting with Glycerin. Can I take a seperate bottle and put half of the eliquid and half of the Glycerin making 18MG? Also what is all this talk about PG/VG, what are those used for? Is it the same as Glycerin used to cut?

Assuming that you've got USP grade vegetable glycerin, yes you could just take equal amounts of the chocolate and VG and it would produce an 18 mg strength solution. Keep in mind, though, that while diluting the nicotine you will also be diluting the flavor. Unless it's gawdawful strong in both flavor and nicotine, you might want to do smaller step dilutions...if you've got any cough medicine measuring cups laying around, maybe a 2:1 ratio which would bring it down to 24 mg nic. Or use measuring teaspoons, as long as your measuring "device" is consistent.
