It's been 4 months for me, I sent two mods...this was back in March.
I have not heard anything, no PM's...nothing, which I find very strange, Chopperguys would always PM me, even if it was a quick PM to let me know what was going on.
I sent a Prodigy V3 and a Mini XS-Haler and I have not received either one.

I am still waiting :(

Am I the only one that has paid twice for their mod to be finished? Although, after the first time when I was unsatisfied with the finish. I paid again to get it re-done.

Anyways, I hope that my mod will be finished soon. If not, then I would like a partial refund of some of the money that I spent to get it finished. Since I'm definitely not a freebie.

I think it's time for some administrative intervention. We all deserve to get our mods back and arguably our money back. The vendor did not hold up his end of the deal and for that, we're owed fair compensation.

I agree, I also sent payment to have my Mods done, I had sent payment on an Infinity IPro that never got taken care of.
I really think we should receive a refund...
And our Mods should be returned to us as soon as possible.
I've been waiting, this has been since March, I received maybe one or two PM's since then and have not heard anything since.
If Chopperguys isn't going to finish up our Mods, then I would like a refund as well as my Mods sent back to me as soon as possible.

If you are viewing this thread, you more than likely have sent an electronic cigarette device to Mike aka ChopperGuy for refinishing and have not received it back yet.

Mike had a acute hardship with his family a few months back. I am unsure of the exact date, and it is not my place to speak about the details. But it was an extreme shock to him, and would be devastating to just about anyone. A mutual friend and I were in contact with him shortly after it happened, and was for a few weeks after. Our mutual friend paid him a visit about 3 weeks ago. He seemed to be doing better and even told him he was planning on getting back into the shop in the next week or so. He contacted him again by phone several days later to ask him a question about something he was working on, and that was the last either of us spoke with him.

Friday, June 29, southern New Jersey had a natural disaster. At last count, 13 people had died from the incident, 75% of south Jersey was with out power, and two counties ended up in a state of emergency and had evacuations. Some residents still do not have power a week later. One of the counties was Salem county, which Mike lives in. Both our mutual friend and I attempted twice since the disaster to contact him, and have gotten no response. This is everything that I know about the status of Mike.

When I get more info I will post it. DO NOT PM ME ABOUT THIS AS I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT! I am merely relaying what I know.

I too know the details about Mike's recent hardships. I haven't posted here because it is not my right and or character to talk about other people's personal lives. I do understand people being upset but I also know Mike personally and know that he will do what he can to fix this. I also have my Darwin out to Mike so I understand people's frustrations. I txt Mike about a week ago also with no response. If you hear from him please let me know. And just for the record I could give 2 ....s about my mod as long as my friend is ok. Mike you and your family are in my prayers.

I wish Mike nothing but good will...and if I could help him in ANY way..I am willing to do that.

With that said.... I really need my wife's Prodigy V1 back as soon as possible, it can not be replaced, as they are no longer made, and Amber is rather upset it has been gone for nearly 5 months.

Again, I have no hard feelings... I understand...but I think its time to just return everyone's mods and some actual communication is in need. The "he said" stuff really isn't very settling.

At the very least if chopper is unable to come on here and post, I don't think it's unreasonable for home to allow someone to speak for him. Surely there is someone who has access to him and could maybe handle shipping the mods back? I sincerely hope everything settles for him and his family, I wish him the best. And I hope the ppl who's mods are unfinished get some closure as well.

Maybe the mods can do some investigating and help out?

kinda need my reo...sold off my other mods when it went in for powder....no back-ups right now.

ouch. Keeping someones only mod which is keeping them off analogs is ridiculous. I dont really thing any issues he may be having can really be used as a excuse anymore. Its way past that window. No matter what the issue a response only takes a couple minutes. In over 5 months not one minute was available. Its not very hard to just send the mods back either.Even if money was a issue he could send them COD. I think he just got stressed from the workload and quit if you ask me but i could be wrong. I just dont think its right to take peoples mods even more so expensive one of a kind mods which cant be replaced and not even give them a reply while they sit there begging for it back. All i know is if it were me i would make returning them a priority over my family even. 5 months + is a long time and i would think hes never coming back.
