and its not done yet

You have already put in far too much work! How long did it take to grind away all the gripping on the tube? Must have taken a while. I'm happy with it the way it is if you would rather not dedicate any more time to it... But if you insist on tinkering with it a a little more you can take your time, as I'm sure another more pricey mod is likely waiting on the attention of your skilled hands!

OMG... You took a turd and turned it into a shiny little work of art! Thank you so much!

the original flashlight mod had character uniqueness ,sorry I disagree with you odium. Now looks like every other shiny tube mod... Just acontrasting opinion... I personally would have left the gnarling at top and bottom and shined the smooth portions

Middle of nowhere
Now that is some awesome work.
I would have never believe a flashlight mod would ever look that good.
You have talent.
If you get your powder-coating up and running we may talk.
My hats's off to you.

It's all good to post an opinion, but I think the work he did on that flashlight mod awesome work on chopperguys part. If someone wants their mod to really shine now there's a place to go. He will soon be offering powder coating and many other services to customize your pv to how each person wants it. Those pics are just to show us what type of work is even possible. I think it's amazing!!!

Morning all love the words from u guys and they show me and all of u that we are all different and have our own uniqueness and THAT'S what it's really about having our own idea brought to life in some media no matter what it is understanding others ideas for their mods is what I am trying to do and the perfect example IS the flash light mod if it is thought to be a cheap turd of a mod then to me a all gleaming mod will change the opinion of the mod and it may look like alot of other tube mods now but to the owner I would hope I never looks like a flashlight mod again but now a one off priceless custom mod I think if you put a kick in that mod now it's a true one of a kind well hope all u guys have a great day today I know I will I have lots to work on today to stay busy and of course pics will come later and hopefully the hang out in afternoon

After reading 45 pages, LOL,of post and making 2 brief posts myself, trying to contain my thoughts on what you are undertaking, I want people to understand the true meaning of the words because there is a culture and identity behind the lingo. Anyone can ride a motorcycle, but not everyone can ride a chopper.

When it boils down they are all just metal so they are equal, the attachment you have for the device is personal, and that itself is what brings the true value of a chopper.

Making a chopper is all about is taking a cookie cutter carbon copy and make them as unique as their owners. We all identify choppers with bikes with custom mods with a tricked out finish like OCC. Which is definitely a chopper, but it isn't the only kind. The roots come from spares parts and hacked up wrecked bikes welding the together, and giving them a new lease on life as not just as a motorcycle, but as a steed and a companion.

So yea tricking out a finish on your provari with that rainbow metal finish is definitely a chopper, no other will look like that one, they come close but that one is unique. And yes even the lowly flash light mod can become a gleaming personal statement of its owner, that is what the chopper culture is all about. Hacking up the everyday and turning it into an unique work of art. I am very happy to see the culture expanding to vaping as well.

Hopefully the community will embrace the concept behind this project and that the demand will grow and we can see other artists take to this new media, because I look forward to seeing your creations and hope to see more art being created from all over.

..........+1
