Good afternoon ChopperHeads.

Hey Chop, got a question, while you have my little chuck could you check and see how hard it would be to remove the 901 connection and change it to a 510?

The connection looks tightly sealed but then again I have no experience with this stuff.

i will see what i can do for you

Man that powder coat looks awesome Chopper! Sorry I haven't been on much today, been sick with the crud.

Str8V8ping, it depends on the metal, my Polished Provari really doesn't need much attention at all (I think it's SS if I remember correctly) but somthing like my aluminum GGTB I just sold today you need to polish if you want to keep it looking pretty. You can just use any non-abrasive metal polish like Mothers or Flitz etc... Hope that helps. And that's just my :2c:, Chopper will definitley know better than me.

Blackbird said it for me a little care on aluminum
Stainless steel is a bit stronger and holds up longer

I was actually talking about my provari which has a polished cap that i repolish every once in a while due to the shine going away all the time and getting rough .

Maybe the polish wasn't done well enough to hold the shine most items I polish seem to hold up very good I use professional equiptment and compounds maybe that's the difference

Thanks . I was using a bench buffer with spiral sewn cotton and White Rough Bar/Red SS bar and finishing off with optimum metal polish to clean it up. I do automotive paint/body work/detailing for a living with the occasional polishing on my own but im not big into the polishing . Do you recomend putting a sealer on it ? I usually only polish bare aluminum(custom wheels and small engine bay parts every so often) .I know SS should be much easier to upkeep than aluminum . I have custom polished aluminum wheels and they are the biggest pain to keep up with .

It may just be me since im vaping at work with autobody hands all the time lol .

Thanks for the help btw .
