I would like to thank Mike for this super work, the pics below do not do justice!!!
I received the mods today and I was concerned, I noticed some spots on the mods and I thought they were ruined, turns out...they only needed to be buffed up a little bit to look outstanding, it seems that Mike, rushing to make me happy, sent them out before they were completely dry.
Everytime is fine as you can see in the pics below, I have another mod on it's way to Mike as we speak.
And...yes Mike, you did make me very happy, thank you very much

did I read here, or somewhere, that with the Apex UltraMax, you shouldn't get the battery tube powder coated?
Would that make it hard/harder to slide up?

You are correct but it can be done but the bottom of the battery tube has to stay metal
