Chowda or bisque?

Clam chowda is plain Jane. Lobster Bisque is gourmet.

I have indeed had lobster bisque and a few other types of bisques. It's good, despite being made of lobster, but simply cannot compete with a good quality chowder recipe . Have you had some real NE-style clam chowder?
