Hey Buzz will you be swtiching out those end caps with those that have the old ones or will we have to order them? just checking

If you have one that does NOT work I will swap it out for the old one , Just the cost of shipping and we can go low cost regular mail .

Is this just for the chrome ones or for the brass ones as well (I lost track somewhere in this very long thread).

I have 2 brass BP's that kind of work sometimes, but not really. My Moms chrome one does not work at all.

That being said I don't know that it is worth sending back for any of them and wasting your time. I never turn mine off and my mom doesn't know that it is a feature anyhow!

I never turn my Buzzs' off. It's easier to find in the middle of the night. I like the light and I get get battery life. Now that I figured out i had a bad set of batteries and got rid of them. I don't mark them so it took a few tries to figure which set it was. Still not sure if it was a old set or a new one. I threw them away so I wouldn't keep mixing them in with the other 5 sets.

That's cool! I'll take note of that.

Been checking this thread out and reading up about the BP.

Can't wait to put in my order with them chrome caps! :)

I'm going back and forth. I don't turn mine off, but it hasn't spent much time in my pocket yet! I'll probably just replace my Moms.

I got a bad set of batteries to. Problem is, I have been really bad in not marking them. I've got to get them marked to make sure it is not more then 1 set. We have 4 sets that we have been sharing between 2 BP's so it could be more then 1 set. Doesn't matter anyway, because I wont chuck them until I can replace them. I ordered the new batteries yesterday, so when they get here I will mark the old and get rid of the bad set.

WOW! those new batteries are sold out already...LOL! ok who bought them all!?

I didn't order them all, but I did order 2 sets! :p

I have more of the NEW batts coming 120 of them , we are seeing some bad batts in this last batch I got ! *(&%*&%)(#$^)(*#&$%#)$^%#$)&(% DAMN it never ends.

MArk them up Moo , I need to test them to see what the hell is going on.

Yes, I need to mark them, I was going to wait until the new Powerizer Rcr123a arrived as there was no purpose in marking them now. Even if the charge times are shorter I needed them. But if Buzz says mark them, I will mark them... today. If the Powerizer's last as long as you say, I'd like to pick up a few more sets and just forget about these. But if it will help science, I will play along.

At least two sets of our batteries go 24+ hours. But there is a set in there (maybe two) that seem to last only 3 - 6. It doesn't help that the hubby and I change batteries at different times (I change at night and he changes in the mornings) but I guess that is why they need to be marked!
