Chucklehead, you have me fartin around when I should be working. Been playing around with the whole direct drip thing this afternoon since I just got a delrin and aluminum tip.
The aluminum gets kinda hot. Was using that one on a 510 atty, bleck bleck burnt atty taste, gross. I've so had it with 510 attys. Doing well with my low resistance atty, just need to find the fine line between liquid, overfill and no filled enough (cause again, dry atty bleck!)
So I just read your post on using the drip tip on the 510 carto. That's kinda nice as the mouthpiece is more pleasant. Not sure I like the metal taste though, can taste the metal on my mouth. So after ten minutes I like the delrin better but we'll see. In the meantime I will see how I like the drip tip on the carto. It certainly has a plus, no more sticky glue on the lips.
