Can anyone tell me more about this? It's a mod, right?? I want to use the KR8 cartomizers, sooo, do I need an atomizer or just the adaptor...which adaptor? Charger for batts?? HELP!

Yes, you need to buy batteries and a charger.
You'll need an adapter for the 901 connector to your KR8s (it's an airflow issue).

3.7v (like the Little Chuck, or the Chuck with a single 3.7v battery) is the standard ecig voltage so it's fine with cartos.
6v (like the Chuck with 2 3.0v batts) burns cartomizers pretty easily; 5v less so but still tricky; in either case you have to be cautious about burning, and be more careful to keep it juiced since HV is a juice hog with any atomizer.
All that said, I love cartos on HV.

How do I get a chuck that looks pretty? Can I get anything I want put on it? (like a picture that I have?)

Yep! battery juction.com 18650's 2600 or 3000 mah, and a WF139 charger will do for 3.7 i have five of these batteries on a rotation and i switch out every 2 days!

Yes, you can get any pic you want on it!
If you get the 510 chuck and the adapter set Jeff sells you will be good to go on the cartos.

Also, I don't think you're going to wear out an adapter.
