I started with ego's, spinners and evod tanks. I got some VW devices and different tanks as well. (protank, cartotanks)

Is there any kind of cig-a-like that can match or come close? I really miss the form factor of the stinkies. I did try the Panda Evolv batteries that pbusardo recommended with cartomizers and with a T3s clearo. It was ok vapor, but hardly any taste or TH.

Any recommendations on a cig-a-like that can keep up with an MVP2? I do not mean battery life... Maybe a different tank I could use on this battery?

I have lots of 510 280mah batteries left from when I started. When I'm in the mood, I'll:
  • Drip with a SR 306 or 510 atomizer
  • Use a 2.0 ohm 510 cartomizer (not recommended, but works well)
  • Use a Kanger 510 Esmart
I've heard the Nano is also good on a 510. But, I haven't had the greatest luck with the Nano, so far.

The 510s really are a lot of fun. Just keep several batteries on you!

The most potent battery in the cigalikes is the V4L titan. The weakest I have tried are the Blu's and the 3.4v Joye 510's. The regulated 510's are KR808's not much of a match for the high drain batteries.

The amp limit on an eGo is 2.5amps the same as the V4L titan's, these are also very expensive batteries. The other unregulated batteries are not going to sustain their strength since they are not high drain.

1.5 ohms can be done on a Titan, that cannot not be done on any other cigalike battery I am aware of.

Some batteries are using LiFePo4 sells. This is good or bad depending on your goal. LiFePo4 will give you more mAh but cannot pull as much amperage out of them so are weaker.

I have tried almost everything. In how much power you get the best I have tried is the V4L Titans, in 510 the most potent I have tried was a tie between Panda's and another I cannot remember. The eRoll finished in like 6th place.

my daughter loves the Eroll,,,,,,,,

it's small, light, she can hold it the same way she held a cigarette,,,,,,,,it only has a 90 mah battery, but it comes with a charging case, so she keeps it in the case when not using and that keeps it topped off,,,,,,,

it wouldn't work for someone who vapes a lot during the day,,,,,it's more useful for people who smoked moderately and vape the way they smoked,,,,,a cigarette here and there,,,,,,,it would drive me nuts, but she loves it,,,,,,

the only PITA thing about it, is you really need one of those bottles with the needle tips to fill the proprietary tank it uses,,,,,the opening is just too small for a regular dropper bottle.

My wife moved on the ego's after she tried one of mine and did not give it back. Next thing you know, my evod clearos, chargers and remaining ego's disappeared into her little pink ecig case. Weird, huh? ;) Ive been using the MVP2 and VV3 for the last few weeks. I miss smaller, like the 510 cig-a-like. now we've got 6 or so 510 batteries and I don't want them to go to waste. I was hoping there was a magic top, like a micro-pro tank ;) i didn't know about.

Is the Kanger esmart the same as the t3s? I've used the t3s and was not happy. I can't remember why... muted maybe? The nano did nothing for me whatsoever. I wouldn't mind trying an eRoll or a V4L titan. I just have these batteries already and hoped to find a better delivery system for them.

My eRoll is getting a lot of use lately. With the PCC and the case that holds a second unit, my only concern is using up the juice, each tank holds less than 1/2 ml ...

So I took a suggestion from another thread and ordered an E-Cab kit, has a bigger tank, the same atomizers, and a 360 mAh battery that can be replaced without removing the tank ...

Also ordered enough parts to make a second unit ...

Its 5 inches long, according to the specs, about the same as an eGo with a 420 mAh battery and a pen cap, but the E-Cab is a smaller diameter ...

Need to find a pen cap that will fit over the mouthpiece ...

The Kanger esmart is not like the t3s. I really like it. But, two things. First, make sure you get the 510 esmart, not the 808. Second, the esmart is a millimeter or two wider than a 510 battery. Not enough to be a problem for me, close enough. It's not particularly noticeable.

Which 510 batteries do you have? The original, short 180mah? Or, the longer 280mah?

Ladie -
I have tried cartomizers and was never happy with them outside of a tank. No matter how light the draw, I always got my lips burned. I would up the resistance until it did not burn and I lost all flavor and TH. I used Boge XL SR and LR.

DH-
The longer Panda Evolv 510 batteries; automatic. as for being a little bigger... not an issue. I'm using a UDCT 5ML tank on a VV3 with no beauty ring right now. Looks kinda funky, but it works. :toast: I guess for ~ $3 ea, I can try a couple of resistances and see what's up.

just got my eRoll today ... the small black leather pouch ($1.50 at the dollar store) holds 6 assembled eRoll batteries ... the small pill cases (2 for $3 at the drug store) perfectly hold 3 cartridges each (there is 1 inside the black leather pouch).

This thing is exactly what I was looking for in a mobile unit ... six charged batteries and six extra full cartridges.

Cheers :2cool:

LOL.......JJ beat me to it! (Now JJ believes me :)
It's funny there is another thread about "no love for 808's" but I REALLY have had great luck and enjoyment of V4L's diamond batteries. They are on the pricey side but in this case very much worth the price!

I liked my 808s ... until I wanted to try some new tanks. That was when I discovered that 808s are MUCH harder to find affordable parts for them (or at least they were 8 months ago, haven't looked lately). Most everyone out there carries 510 stuff, and it performs just as well in most (if not all) cases. Once I invested in a 510 system, there was no turning back for me ... As always though ... YMMV!

this was exactly my experience,,,,,,,,when B and M's started sprouting up in this area, I wanted to be able to use them for at LEAST emergency supplies,,,,,,,,,,but they only carried 510 systems and supplies,,,,,,,

I did, however, purchase some 8-8 to 510 connectors that made life easier,,,,,,,,but it just behooved me to switch at that point to the 510 system.
