Then when they do ... Governments start to PANIC
when they see the decline in tobacco tax revenues.

PA Governor Tom Corbett promised "NO New Taxes" when he ran for governor, and he's kept his word for the past two years.

Besides, Republicans control the PA House and Senate, so there is little chance that tobacco taxes will be changed in the next two years.

But if any PA House or Senate Cmte considers tobacco tax legislation, or if any hearing is scheduled, I plan to be there.
