I just ran across this article. Is this a way to spread the word about e-cigs?

Cigarettereviews.org has been busy making changes to their website. They have recently unveiled their new logo and the addition of Google's Plus One tool. Their goal is to help traditional cigarette smokers make the switch to electronic cigarettes by providing e cigarette reviews on popular e cig brands.
