I wanted a smoke last night after 2 months without. Had drinks, great football games and Chris Stapleton on SNL. I grabbed a dripper and put some 6mg juice in it (usually 3mg) and craving gone within seconds.
It's friggin hard but I am training myself to look at smoking as bad. My wife still smokes which actually helps. The residual smell is gross to me now.
