Well, my eGo-T is on it's way from Cignot. This will be the first decent PV I've tried. Up to now, I've been using a 4081, but after reading lots of reviews, and watching lots of videos, I settled on the eGo-T.

So, I'd like to know what tips and tricks you guys have for this PV. My biggest problem with the 4081 is that it was too easy to run it dry and burn the wick, I'm most interested in the best way to keep this happening from the eGo-T.

I have a habit of chain vaping. Taking a puff every 10-30 seconds for an hour or more, on occasion. I'd like to avoid having to buy new atomizers every week or two. The 4081 just couldn't keep up.

Great purchase!
Man, I only wish I was as smart starting out with my first purchase. :D
As far as tips, there are some great vids as well as posts here on the forum. I would suggest cleaning your atomizer well prior to use with alchohal, then blow out really well. Fill your tank simply by pulling off the end cap on the tank. Make certain you push the tank in completely. Tank a couple 4-5 second drags without firing the atty, then vape away.

Yes, this... and when I got mine(also cignot), I just put a tissue behind it and blew all of the primer out really good. I, personally would skip the alcohol. IMHO that would not be necessary, I also read here on the forum that a few people had problems after cleaning them, so I would just blow out the primer fluid. After I fill my tank, I put it in (this will take a small amount of force to break the seal, careful) then take it out, turn it 180 degrees then put it back in to make sure the tiny seal is out of the way and the juice can flow well into the atomizer(I had that problem once, so I just started doing that and it works for me), then after you take your primer drags fire away! These things are so awesome, and Vicki at cignot is such a sweetheart, you made the right choice on both gear and company. If you taste any burning just take a few more primer drags and wait for a moment, then it should be fine.

I am also a chain-vaper (I had to lower my nic so I didn't vape myself sick constantly!) and these keep up just fine... however if you are seriously going at it the atty will get pretty warm.. and I'd watch that... but you really have to be vape crazy like me to heat it up too bad..

Well, congratulations and good luck! You are going to love it! And since you ordered from cignot you should have it in no time. When I ordered mine, it was packaged and shipped out in 25 minutes. 25 minutes! I got it in 3 days and I live on the other side of the country! Vicki will get it to you FAST!

Enjoy and vape on!

Just got my Ego-T tank and fired it up. I'm impressed, although it doesn't hold as much liquid as my Mega cylinder atty. The vapor is great, taste is good, and draw is just right. I'm sold.

I was able to fill it from a 30ml bottle without a mess after piercing the cart with the atty. After blowing out the atty, it took just a few puffs to clear the taste and get quality vapor.

I'm using an Ego-T from CigNot as well, I'm on my 2nd week now. You won't be disappointed.

I've never used any solvents when I clean the attys on any of my PV's. I just boil a pot of water and let them chill out in there for 10 minutes or so, then spoon them out of the pot. After that I blow out the excess water and get back to my usual routine. A lot of people let the atty's dry out all the way and do a couple of 5 second dry burns afterwards. It's supposed to "crack" off any hard residue that may still be remaining on the coils. I don't do the dry burns weekly, maybe more like every other cleaning.

As far as filling with liquid, I've actually found that most of the bottles I have allow you to feed directly into the top without having to pop the cover off. I press the tip directly into the hole and squeeze gently to fill mine. I figure that it will save some wear and tear on the tips. It's kind of an art because you have to press hard enough to flow the liquid in, but you also have to allow the air to escape the cart while your filling.

IT'S HERE!!!

What an easy setup!

Initial Reaction:

Blew out the Atty, tossed it on a battery, filled a tank with Bluemist's Grape Drink 80/20 26mg, took a few primer puffs and hit the button.

Vapor production is excellent. TH is perfect. This baby puts out more vapor than my 4081 5v USB Passthrough + Atty ever did. The flavor is a bit weak, but I think that's due to the little bit of primer fluid I wasn't able to blow out of the atty. I imagine the flavor will increase after a tank or two.

I'm excited by the 1000mah batteries, I'm happy that I'll be able to vape all day now without having to stop and charge every few hours.

All in all, I'd say this is a great $90 spent. Two huge thumbs up to Vicki at Cignot, it shipped on Monday, and got here today (Wednesday).

Consider me one extremely satisfied customer.
