Cisco attys and REO issue?

While I agree that a small delay to verify fit is acceptable, 5 days to ship an order is ridiculous IMHO. I ordered from IKV on 1 June at ~3pm. Order has not, and will not ship till at least Monday, which I paid extra for priority shipping to get fast. I understand being swamped from the recent super dupper atty release justifies a longer wait time...Not 5 days though... In comparrison, cisco, who also has been checking every atty before shipping to ensure proper reo compatiability, shipped my order from June 2nd at 8pm the very next morning. I will receive my cisco's before my ikv order ever ships. Whinning, no. ...... off, yes. Cisco consequently will get all my future orders for lr attys...

Yes they did. The next day after I had ordered. If this order doesn't ship till "after" vapefest I will be beyond mad. I assume more orders will ship on Monday. Guess he'll have to make due with some avid attys...

Got 3 Iken HV 510s that won't thread on my reo from the latest order. Fit fine on other mods though, instead of sending them back, just ordered Ciscos: they all fit fine.

I worked in retail back when I wasn't qualified to do much else. I remember thinking how much better the job would be if customers could be removed from the equation.

Yay! Cisco has shipped my replacement attys. I inquired through the website yesterday. Apparently the return was put to the side at the PO or at avid, but they found them and immediately sent out the replacements. LOL, stuff happens, but they've made it good.

I've only had issues with the 1.5 306's I first ordered but after some work. They performed well. The other atties I bought, I clicked on the box that said if it was for a reo or not.

My issue at this point is atties dying on me. Three in two weeks time: 1 IKV and 2 cisco's. WTH?!?!?!

Just got my order in from Avid (very fast btw) and included was a small box of stick matches with Avid name and info on it box. lol Hmmm seems Frank could come up with a more appropriate advertising gimmick.

I got the same, moments ago... If you open the box all the way and look you'll see the contents match the description...<PUN Intended! "There is No Match" (because they're toothe picks in the box, not matches )
