I have also tried emailing this company twice without response. I am going to go ahead and cancel my order as well if that is possible. I ordered mine with my check card so I don't know what bank policies are in situations like this. I am calling a bank manager tomorrow to get advice on what to do. I was going to give them until the end of this coming week but FORGET IT! My order was $42 and this could be used ordering supplies that I will actually GET. This company does SUCK! Putting the word out there so no one else gets burned.

Don't feel too bad, Red. It looks like most newbies make plenty of mistakes in the beginning. I order 2 different mods and got so ripped off. Once I found this forum I got it all straightened out though. Listen to what these members are telling you. They really know there stuff and there are sooooo many things for a new person to learn.

I just placed an order with madvapes a couple of hours ago myself. I ordered the 50ml juice and extra attys.
I placed an order with Value Vapor (located in Texas, I believe) on July 4th and received my items on July 8th. Not bad at all considering the order was placed on Sunday and Monday was a holiday. I was VERY pleased with the juice, the fast shipping and the communication from the company.
I appreciate all the responses and advice on this post guys! You all are the best!!

On the same day, June 23, I placed an order with Clean Safe Smoke for some juice and a passthrough. It has been 12 days and I read on their site that it might take two weeks before you even get a tracking number.
Hi! Welcome to ECF. I had a look at CleanSafeSmoke's FAQ and it says, on average, you should receive your order within 5 to 7 days but in some instances it may take up to 10 days. I would suggest you contact them ASAP if you did not receive a USPS tracking number after placing the order. Good luck!

Update: Very confusing info on shipping. I'm guessing you chose Economy Shipping? In which case you were right!
The Economy shipping option typically takes 2 weeks for the order to process and you to receive your tracking number.
They won't be getting any orders from me. ;)

I too have had a problem with Clean Safe Smokes and recommend avoiding them. I've been careful (up to this particular case) about dealing with unfamiliar eLiquid vendors for this very reason but they got me for two reasons: 33 cents a ML + they had Licorice flavor.

Today I received half of my order (no Licorice, hrrrumph) and it has been exactly 30 days since I placed the order. No returns on my e-mails like Red mentioned and I also just get voice mail when I call. I paid through Paypal so I used their system to file a complaint. I was planning to pull the complaint on delivery but since I only received 3 of the 6 bottles I ordered I'll be waiting or maybe entering a new one.

Lately I've been enjoying some liquids from Vapor4Life - they are pretty fast to ship, have great prices and there's a sale like every other week (Bastille Day sale was 22% off, please, tell me who has a Bastille Day sale?!?) so good deals are to be had.

I really just need to find a vendor that is selling black licorice flavor, Dawn's juices (diyflavorshack) are awesome but kind of pricey (almost $1 a ML for a 30ML bottle), however, she has an awesome Licorice flavor so I may have to go back to her for a stockpile of it unless someone can help me find a vendor who sells licorice flavor (black not red) at a more reasonable price. Update: After some more searching I found Licorice flavor on NHaler, I have an e-mail in to Drew to see if it's black or red - I've learned that lesson before ;) I'm still open to suggestions though!

I saw MadVapes mentioned a few times above, I'm going to go check them out now...

Good luck with Clean Safe Smokes, I'll let you all know if I get the rest of my order.

I have to report some progress with Clean Safe Smokes or else I wouldn't be doing my part, right?

I have finally received communication from a man named Bill in response to my e-mails. The short story is that their Paypal account was shut down for selling e-cigs/juice and that tied up a lot of their funds. They've also been dealing with a major backlog on some of their flavors (this is why no Licorice for me). However, Bill was extremely nice, understood that they've been less than stellar in their customer service and is working to correct this. He refunded me for the 2 licorice bottles and sent me a free 30ML bottle of 555 - it got here in two days! He also said that if they did get the Licorice flavor in from their supplier that he'd send me two bottles of that for free as well (nice gesture).

So it looks like they are trying to get their business in order, if you are waiting for any outstanding items contact them again, hopefully you will get a reasonably quick response. I also strongly recommended to him that they stay in contact with their customers and provide updates, good or bad - in this case no news is bad news and people generally get less upset about hearing about a backorder and having to wait than they do when they don't hear anything at all.

Unfortunately I don't have a different e-mail for Bill he contacted me from their orders@cleansafesmoke.com address.

Yeah, well, doesn't look like it took! I ordered a bunch of stuff from them on September 16th, here it is October 7th and not only has their website NOT updated my status beyond "queued", but they don't return phone calls and they don't respond to emails! I paid for the 5-7 day shipping and got screwed! AVOID CLEAN SAFE SMOKE dot COM at all costs. These people should be shut down.

Here is what I know. They ship from China. Their juices are dekang. I know I ordered once from them on Sept 5 and got a tracking # on the 10th. It did take a long time to arrive. I had to end up throwing the juice out. I tried vaping it several times and my lips would go numb. And no I did not get a mouth full of juice. The flavor was ok, but the bottle said pg 24 mg and the 2nd bottle was just flavor in pg with 0 nic. The bottle did not say dekang, but the order slip did. Anyway, I did get my order and did not have to deal directly with a live person. I learned my lesson, tho. Order only juice in US and I have stayed away from dekang since. Since I could not really be sure what was in the stuff I vaped, it is better to be safe than sorry.

Welcome to the ECF! I'll throw in my vote for MadVapes. I also order supplies from LiteCig and get my juice from VaporBomb. The longest I've waited for an order to get to my mailbox from any of them was four days and that's just because I ordered on a Sunday. Excellent service and products from all three! Happy vaping and I hope you get your stuff soon!

Jumping on the Madvapes suggestion bandwagon here. Madvapes is absolutely wonderful to shop with. They've always shipped out the same day I've ordered. They keep ontop of things and CS is great too. They have the best selection of mod parts if you ever decide you want to build your own mod heh. But they have a great selection of starter items too. Definitely think about considering them. They have cheap juice as well if you're ever short on cash and need juice cheap and quick. Hope you hear back from "clean safe smoke" or get your juice/parts, but I've never heard of them and I've been doing this for a good while. Good luck with everything!

Red I ordered some batteries from Clean safe smoke on the 21st od June and still haven't gotten a shipping number...I tried to call and got an answering machine..i sent the guy an email yesterday and told him if I didn't hear from him today with a DAMN good explanation I was going to do a charge back and cancel the order...i haven't heard from him so i'm done..I'm cancelling through my credit card company and he can go screw himself-lol I advise anyone NOT to deal with 'Clean Safe Smoke'...This company sucks...

I ordered from them 10/14,still haven't got my order.Wrote me back 11/4 and said would contact me next day- still no response.I would suggest not buying from CLEAN SAFE SMOKE from Florida !!!!

A company based in Florida that ships EMS. hrrmmmmhhh Sounds like a "no stock" middle-man drop-ship kind of thing. I could do the same thing by taking your order and money (considerably marked-up), then placing the order with Health Cabin or Eastmall or somebody in China, and just putting the delivery address as yours. I'd rather deal with the suppliers direct on a larger orders, or just stick with any of the recommended suppliers that ship from the US.

I ordered from them 10/14/10,they billed my card 10/15/10.Still nothing.4 e-mails sent to inquire about order status,they write back twice and say they'll look into it.....no further response from there.
I wrote them yesterday and said if they couldn't tell me if items had shipped,I would report to card issuer a fraudulent charge.
They replied my order had been declined.WELL,they didn't decline to bill my Visa !
So,at this point I had to report to card issuer as fraudulent charge today.It looks like Clean Safe Smoke may credit my card looking at the order history on their website,but I can't be certain.The people at the customer service from my card issuer said nothing about Clean Safe Smoke issuing a credit,but they are charging it back to the and removing it from my bill.They also tried to call the phone # CSS had give Visa and or course all they got was an recording.
So,I'm sure I will ultimately get my money back,but I wouldn't recommend ordering anything from Clean Safe Smoke unless you want to go thru all this !
