I've been vaping heavily since receiving my 510 a little over two weeks ago. I tried some Lorann's flavorings with an oil base which was a no-no in hindsight.

It plugged up real good a couple days ago.

Anyway I experimented by cleaning the atty under pressure in a small pressure cooker. My logic was that any deposit would surely liquify at 15psi (250F). Much higher than simple boiling water. I was correct.

Waited until the distilled water started boiling. Dropped the atty in, put the lid on and PC'd for ten to fifteen minutes after the toggle valve started jiggling. Turned the burner off. Waited until the pressure returned to normal and removed the atty with a pair of tweezers from the water.

Dried the outside quickly with a paper towel and tapped it down vertically to get more water out. When it cooled enough I blew it out which was hardly necessary.

Primed it with a few drops and it is working like new. Very simple and fast method to extend atomizer life.
