Cleaning carts

Hi I have a few Qs for my big brothers and sisters at V4L. I have tried the rinse n blow method, the boil method and soaking in vodka. IMHO the vodka soak seems to work the best (nice white filler) and easier.

My question is would it be bad for the carts for me to just have a container of vodka that I throw my used carts in to soak (as in not blow them out right away) as I use them or should I just wait until my cart container is full then soak n blow them out?

Oh another Q how do you get the turkey syringe to fit the carts for blowing them out? Would a balloon hand pump work too? What kind of mods would I need to make for either? Sorry for all the Qs but I know how helpful and knowledgeable you all are. I love you guys. Thanks for welcoming this redheaded stepchild into your family.

Hi, Not sure about the first Q
For the 2nd Q....I use a rubber pencil pad...not sure what they are called, but kids use them on their pencils so they do not get sore fingers.

They are round rubber tubes, I just insert on one end the turkey baster and on the other end the carto.
