Rather than soak my carto's in PGA for 20 min's, then boil for 20 min's or so.....

Ive been paranoid about the glue used for the labels...... If im soaking them in PGA, and boiling them, then the glue residue is infiltrating all of my batting material!!!!!

So, as the title states.....
I use an old 30ml bottle to fill with PGA, and subsequently use that to fill old condoms to "plug" the old carts into; IE: condom fill method..... then "top off" with the PGA....
Let sit for 20 min's.....
Rinse and blow with scalding tap H2O X's 4....
Dry for 24 HRS ......
Done deal!

Now no worries for me about the glue residue seeping into my batting........

just thought i'd share.

Well, when you soak them in say... a bowl of pga... with multiple carts,
I notice that the labels like to come off.
And the same for the boiling.
Plus you stir them around and such.
So, the glue used on the labels is now in the same solution that the carts are sitting in.

But if done individually in the condoms, it forms a tight seal around the carts..... and the pga in the cart doesnt come in contact with the wrapper....... whats in the cart, stays in the cart.
