Resistance won't make any difference on the draw, but on the flavor and temperature of the vape.

Temco is a good source for large amounts of Kanthal. Check Amazon. For smaller quantities, which might be a better way to start until you decide on gauge, many B&Ms carry it. madvapes has several in NC (and online as well), and many other online shops carry it. But for smaller amounts, unless you're getting other stuff at the same time, a local store will probably be cheaper. (No shipping fee.)

I toss all types of coils BDC/BVC, etc into a sonic jewelry cleaner, with white vinegar overnight, then again for another 24 hrs with distiller water. Makes them like new most of the time. I then sit them on the window sill to dry in the sunlight for 3-4 days
