The short answer is you can't clean the Nano because it has a filler just like a carto but it is sealed inside of the metal tube. You might try to flush the center tube using a syringe from both the top and bottom ends which may or may not clean the junk off the coil and wick. I'm pretty sure these were designed as disposable tanks and at the price point they are a good deal but if you want something you can clean and reuse try the clearos. I have a bunch but have been able to use the original 6 I bought for almost 3 months the rest are still in the wrappers. They are very easy to clean and there are several videos showing how to accomplish the cleaning process. I too await the T-3s release but I think unless they are a marked improvement over the clearos I'll just buy a few and stick with the Clearomizers...:2c:

There's probably no way to clear crud from the coil on these, but has anybody tried a plain PG and PGA/vodka soak/flush to refresh them or clear out old flavors? (like the refreshers they have for attys) I think the decreased performance is probably due to the polyfill not drying (kinda like with wet cartos), and with PG/alcohol, it wouldn't really need to....but I guess once the coil gets too cruddy, there probably wouldn't be any point, huh? oh, well...

I just asked this same question on another thread. I really like the size/dimensions of these things... shame they can't be cleaned.

I am still using one from the first shipment, it is cracked at the bottom (fingernail polish fixed that) and the mouthpiece split (packing tape). I have cleaned it with just water, shook it really good, blew through it to get as much moisture out as possible and refilled it with another flavor. The first few vapes were lacking by all means, but eventually the new flavor came through. I also cleaned it by the carto cleaning method with the syringe and the water just kept misting out. I also changed a flavor in a Nano without rinsing it at all, however the flavor I added was similar and it eventually took over. I have read that some have been completely dismantled and as stated there is no way to get them completely clean as with other clearos, etc. But especially with the poor little Nano that just keeps going - I figured it couldn't hurt to try some different things.
