Clear coating to protect our GG's?

I was looking around and found this product:

ProtectaClear Trial Kit : Everbrite Coatings, Keep Metals Looking Their Best

maybe it could be good to protect our GG's against light scratches and keep it shiny without polishing it to often, what do you guys think?

The primary function is to prevent tarnishing; don't think it will do much for scratch prevention.

So it will work fine for the brass parts. The info says it is Highly scratch resistant. Will ask if they ship to México and give a try.

(Of course I will try it first on my ss hob)

Clear Polyurethane will work well. I think this is probably the same thing. The key to success here is to degrease the metal completely and use a little heat such as a hairdryer to keep the poly from dripping. Several light spays work better than a heavy one
