Hello everyone,

I bought a few clearomizers from LF and I loved them once they arrived. I filled one of them with Fireball (PG/VG mix) I had no issues with it so far.

The 2nd one I just filled with my own DIY juice (50VG/50PG) and I was expecting the same results, but instead if had lots of juice in my mouth and a few leakage too on the screw end too (510 connector).

I tried everything even change the drip tip comes with it to a regular drip tip (longer than the original one).

Other issue I had is the with the original drip tip (plastic) it becomes really hot after a few minutes.

Does anyone have any experience with this clearomizers ?

I am about to give up on them and get back to the cartos. My only concern and the only reason that I am still using them is becuase the flavor that I get from the clearomizer is really better, stronger and some juices really taste alot different. Specially for the tabacco flavors I have to say.

I do. I love them when they work, but like you I've had issues. My main problem being them leaking at the connector end. Some were cracked when I got them, others were not but still leaked. The only time I got juice in my mouth was if I had overfilled it. When this happened I would just blow it out into a paper towel and that usually fixed the issue. The other problem I have run into with them is sometimes they do not wick properly and I'd get a burnt taste that I could never get rid off.

I also have a question about clearomizers. I really want to try them but there are just SOOOOOOO many to choose from. Also a huge range of pricing. I see some for $8-10 a pop and others are 5 for $9 such as at mad vapes or volcano. Are the more expensive ones better or different? Who has the best, least hassle, and good prices? I was also considering the ones at Litecigusa which are $5 a piece and hold 1.2 ml. Only reason I'm trying those is I'm already ordering other things there. Where else can I find them at good prices? Thanks

Hello,

I am just trying a tank now... The clearomizers are really good, but maybe the Low Resistance (LR) + Tank will be the best combination.

The leakage problem is annoying on this clearomizer, but maybe it works for a few juices (thicker ones...) and still will have the burnt taste. To force the liquid to reach the coil at the top I had to let it in horizontal position, wait the liquid reach the coil and then vape (yes, its annoying). I think thats precisely the moment that you get the leaking at the screw end, because it can flood the coil and you will have juice in your mouth or at the other end.

The advantage about the clearomizer is that if you keep it more than half way full it will work great.

When mine leaked they did so standing vertically. It would leak between the plastic tube and the connector, not down the hole in the middle. I tried the Ego-T's and it worked great for a couple refills, but then I'd hardly get any vapor or all the juice would leak out the atomizer. I gave up on them too. I just ordered a couple of those tank-cartomizers, so hopefully I'll them them. Best of luck to you - nothing I've found has been great yet, hence my trying new things all the time.

I use the Clearos. Right now the second version. The tub cracked from some liquids so I use the syringe mod.
Also household silicone will take care of the leaking between the tube and connector---most of time. Yes it takes time but since I have so many, I just spend a night (while watching TV) doing the cleaning and the silicone. Let them sit for a couple of days and they are ready to fill.
I do this process after each use since I use VG liquids. I imagine you could get away with more refills with PG.

I've only tried the Volcano clearos, but for me they work great, really clear flavor and good vapor. Only drawback is they require a syringe to fill.

I'd say it's worth throwing in some cheapie clearos with your Madvapes order and try them out.
