Clearomizer Dead After 5 Days? Any Suggestions?

I got a ego vision clearomizer on Thursday and loved it up until about an hour ago. All of a sudden, it's just stopped working well. Not producing as much vapor, vapor is cold, no flavor. Any ideas what can cause this? Is there anything I can do to save it? Or should I consider it dead?

If the bottom post is making good contact with the battery, it is probably dead or almost dead. You could try to pull the post just to be sure. They have a limited life, but 5 days is damn early. Sorry to their that.

If you're on VG juice and/or it's very dark, chuck it in the trash cause it's toast.

Based on my experience, five days is the typical lifespan. Still a lot cheaper than you know what.

It's a 60/40 blend, and nothing too thick. I knew it wouldn't last forever, but jeez. Bummed

I wash mine every 2 days and am getting 3-4 weeks. vaping 60/ 40 until yesterday- now 70/ 30 PG/ VG.

I cleaned mine on Sunday. Maybe I just got a bad unit. Boo.

I just used water and let it dry overnight. Maybe I'll try your method with my next one. How many do you keep on hand at any given time?

Thats the problem with clearos. You never know if ur getting v1, v2, v2.5 and so on lol. Everyone has moved onto vivi nova tanks as far as I know. Can be cleaned/dry burned in 5mins, comes with 3 diff ohm atty heads, and is rebuildable.
I think replacement heads are 1.95 or so and thats pretty much all that can break. I love mine, friend loves his, winning!!

Did you try dry burning it? It could be the coil is gunked up. I have had several clearos that slow down with vapor production and a good dry burn brought them back.

I also agree with previous posts on cleaning. I cleaned mine today after noticing my juice was dark and it tasted terrible. Cleaned it out and let it dry and it is vaping like it is brand new!

I'll try that! I didn't think it would gum up that quickly, but it's worth a shot
