No I dont do either of those things. I am using m3's, and tidy10's, I fill them reasonably slowly I suppose. I dont overfill them, and after filling, I blow through them onto a tissue until it stops producing fluid out the battery end of the clearo.

I definitely did overfill mine once, and the problems started after, so I am hoping to be able to avoid that in the future. I never blew through them, I set them on a napkin for awhile and had no leakage first fill. After second fill leakage occurred but it was momentary. Third fill it seemed like it was pushing fluid out the atomizer as I filled it, which makes some sense as that section is saturated and the air has to go somewhere. I tried doing it slow but it leaked even worse after - in fact it wouldnt quit leaking and I had to decommission it.

Update, I got some more juice and filled another CE. Very, very carefully. Set it up for a bit and there was no leakage. Vaped GREAT. Was very happy.

Worked great for a bit on my manual battery, still no leakage. Did have to tweak the center post every so slightly to get it to make connection to the battery but after that it was fine. After using it on the manual for a bit with no leakage I stuck it on an auto and it was working great!

Then when it got down to maybe the last 1/4 of the tank, it started gurgling and quit putting out much vapor. Took a good look and... leaking. Already. Right out around the center post. Grrrr.

I will keep trying with these things till I run out of them, but if I dont make a breakthrough with them I cant see ever ordering them again. Is there something I am doing wrong?

I just picked up the clearomizers linked earlier in this thread, from Vaporkings.com, but I can only use about the bottom half of my V4L DAV. If I try to go above 3.8 volt, I start to get a burnt taste.

Does anyone know if any of the other clearomizers listed in this thread would let me go all the way up to 4.8 volt?

I am using the same cleao's on the DAV, I normally have mine set around 4 volts and seems to work fine, but as you, go much above that get a burnt taste, but didn't ruin the clearo though. What I do is use smileo's for my favorite flavors that I want to turn up the voltage more.

    Get these :)

I got a Halo mini tank (basically a T4) last week for my girlfriend... I'm not a clearo fan, but I was surprised at how well it works. Doesn't seem to mute flavors and no leaks so far.

I did not have good luck with the Nanos... They leaked and the flavor was terrible after a short amount of time.
