For those clearomizer with wicks, do you change the wick every time you finish your tank, or could you just wash and reuse it?

I guess I'm using light juices or something, but I run my clearo's a week of steady use (rotating about three of them with different flavors) with no issues at all. Then clean and dry burn them. I've had five iClear 16s going a month without replacing anything. (using about 3 ml/day).
When i was using them i never changed them or washed them out, just changed coils when the performance dropped enough to be irritating.
@JaxMike Could you point me in the direction on how to clean it? can't seem to find any help

This youtube search will give you plenty of looks at cleaning/dry burning... I'm not sure which one I originally relied on but you should be able to find what you need...

(you almost definitely want to clean them is you're changing flavors, unless the 2 flavors go well together)
Depends if your an elitist or not. Cleaning and dry burning works to an extent, but it can mute the flavor a tad, or the old flavor can carry over. It's up to you if a more "pure" flavor is worth putting a new wick in.

All heads come with wicks--some, like the bottom coil models, have very short wicks; the top coil models come with long wicks.
All wicks and coils need to be cleaned, eventually. How often depends on how clean your juices are, how much you vape, etc. I don't dry burn my coils at all; I just soak the coil heads in PGA (vodka, denture/retainer cleaning solution also work well). The long wicks should be rinsed thoroughly under warm water and dried (either with paper towels or air dried).

I use Kanger MT3S bottom coil clearos and clean the coils every couple of tanks. I rinse them in warm water and spray them with a cleaner called Whip It (environmentally friendly and non-toxic), let them soak a few minutes. Then I heat water in a bowl in the microwave, rinse the coils in warm water again and then drop them in the almost boiling water. Let them sit for about an hour, do a final rinse and blow out the excess water and let them dry for a day. I know this sounds like some work, but I do them in batches about once a week and it really takes no time at all.
Since I have been cleaning them in the above manner, I get about a month out of each coil, which at $7.95 for a 5 pack is a darned good deal.

Hmmmm.... I checked the ingredients list: Citrus infused with eucalyptus solvents, vegetable and coconut derived non-ionic surfactants and vegetable derived activators and salt.
I wouldn't use this on my coils.
Nothing is better than pure alcohol for cleaning coils.
